Participant Declaration & Waiver

I understand the demanding nature of the Event and confirm that I am fit, sufficiently trained, and not aware of any condition that may endanger me or others. I accept all risks of participation, including accident, illness, injury, property loss, or death, whether arising from my actions, those of others, equipment, venue conditions, negligence, gross negligence, or unforeseeable events (including force majeure). To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify the Event Organiser, its officers, staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or proceedings connected with my participation, before, during, or after the Event. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily.
